What is the wait time for made to order items?

Normal wait time for smaller items, such as wallets and journals is usually a week or less. For larger items like totes, the wait time is 1-2 weeks depending on the season. Messenger bags take the most time and could be up to 3 weeks if we are super swamped. 

What kind of warrantee do you offer for your products?

More than anything, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your leather goods, send them back and we will refund your purchase. 

If your leather goods fail you (with normal use, not like zip-lining or something), call us or send us a message and we will fix it. Again, you should be happy with anything you buy from us!

What carriers do you use to ship?

We normally send our products to you priority mail through the US postal service. Sometimes we go first class if you are nearby. For overseas mail, we will use international priority through USPS and sometimes DHL. We can use a different carrier if you want, just let us know. Also, sometimes we will refund some shipping money if we overcharge you. 

Tell me about custom orders.

Most of the year (excluding the Christmas rush) we are happy to work with you on a custom order if it is within our ability to do so (we have yet to make chaps, but that doesn't mean we won't try). Also, we can make a change here and there on our products if you need it (sizing, extra pocket, etc.) You never know, so just ask!
