Koch Leather Co. Policies
We are a Ma and Pa outfit that enjoys crafting leather and fabric goods. Also, leather smells good and takes you to that dreamy place you like so much. Thanks for taking a look around. If you would like a custom piece, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment is due upon purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may send back the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in new condition. You are responsible for shipping charges back to our shop. We recommend you purchase additional shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for the items when they are in transit. Once we receive the items, we will refund your money.
We ship via the US post office. If you would rather us use a different method, email first so we can make the proper arrangements. We will gladly combine shipping costs for multiple orders. All items will be insured in case of loss or damage. Additionally, we will send you a shipping confirmation number so you know where the item is and when to expect it. If we overcharge you for shipping, we will send you back the difference.
Some Info About Our Leather
We use cowhides purchased from leather suppliers around the US. Please keep in mind that these hides are shipped straight from the tannery and are considered much more "raw" than leather you might purchase from a department store. This means that your leather product might have scratches, creases, bug bites, etc. If you do not want to see these marks on your leather goods, our products might not be for you. But please don't hold it against the cows, they just want to eat grass and frolic in the sunshine.
